Dreamwings Welfare Foundation is a Section 8 Company under Companies Act, 2013 registered in India. This website is operated by the Foundation for the purpose of sharing information about our programs, accepting donations, and inviting volunteer participation.

Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.
• Donations are eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 subject to the Foundation maintaining valid registrations and the donor providing a valid PAN.
• Receipts are issued via email within a reasonable time after a donation is received and verified.

Use of the site

• You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
• You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organisation.

Intellectual property
