Last updated: 8 May 2026. This policy describes how Dreamwings Welfare Foundation (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
- Donor information — name, email, phone number, PAN, and donation amount when you donate. Razorpay processes the payment and we receive a transaction reference.
- Volunteer information — name, email, phone, city, age, area of interest, and any message you choose to share when you sign up to volunteer.
- Contact submissions — name, email, subject, and message when you reach out via the contact form.
- Technical data — basic anonymised analytics (page views, device type) to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To process your donation, send a receipt, and issue an 80G certificate where eligible.
- To match you with a volunteering opportunity and stay in touch about it.
- To respond to your queries.
- To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations applicable to a Section 8 company.
Who we share with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with: (a) the payment processor (Razorpay) strictly for payment processing; (b) email delivery providers strictly to send you transactional and program emails; and (c) statutory authorities where required by law.
How we protect it
We use industry-standard technical safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls, and regular review of who has access — appropriate to a small organisation. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will notify affected donors promptly.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to foundationdreamwing@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may retain donation records for the period required by tax law.
